Al-Karim Parpia, chief executive officer of Just Financial Group, said: “We are pleased to welcome Rossa, Jonathan, Yasmin and Michael to the firm. Each brings strong technical expertise and a clear alignment with our approach to delivering high-quality, independent advice focused on long-term client outcomes.
“When selecting advisers, we place significant emphasis not only on technical ability, but on judgement and how they approach client decisions. Our expectation is simple, that advice should be delivered to the same standard and care as one would apply to their own family.
“Our focus remains on attracting advisers who are committed to long-term client outcomes rather than short-term targets, and we expect to continue adding to the team as the business grows.”
Just Financial Group advises individuals, families, business owners, trusts and charities on pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning and the management, structure, and long-term stewardship of wealth. The firm operates from offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester and London, supporting clients across the UK.
Al Parpia added: “We are fiercely proud of our independence and our ability to maintain a consistently high standard of client service as we grow.
“As a privately owned firm, we are able to focus on long-term client outcomes, without the influence of external shareholders or short-term commercial pressures.”
