BUS builder Alexander Dennis Ltd (ADL) yesterday accelerated its international expansion strategy by snapping up an Australian firm in an estimated £25 million deal (Scotsman).

Marks and Spencer to launch bank

High Street retailer Marks and Spencer has said it will launch an in-store banking service this summer, backed by HSBC. The first branch is set to open in July at the chain’s flagship store at Marble Arch in London (BBC).
