The division of the privately owned Robertson group of companies has been appointed by the local authority in a deal worth some £600,000 over a two-year period with an option for it to be extended for a further two years.
The contract covers the repair, replacement and maintenance of electrical works and property management of about 170 council buildings including schools. It includes a 24/7 emergency response service.

We currently have active contracts with many Scottish local authorities and have also established a major presence in the north of England delivering hard and soft FM services for public sector clients. We look forward to working with East Renfrewshire Council over the next two years.”
