Robertson brings Joyce into team

She will divide her time between the Robertson Group offices in Stirling and Elgin, and is expected to drive forward the firm's new business model and recent product investment, including a partnership with interior designer Amanda Rosa.

Joyce joins the company after more than seven years at CALA Homes East in Aberdeen.

Also this week, McGills Bus Services managing director Ralph Roberts was appointed 2011 chairman of the Confederation of Passenger Transport's Scottish Council.

Roberts is a former managing director of Arriva Scotland West and is a director of Traveline Scotland.

Solicitor Steven Dunn has joined law firm Anderson Strathern in Glasgow as head of pensions.

Dunn joins two recent recruits in Glasgow; Fraser Geddes from Fyfe Ireland who joined as a partner in the commercial litigation team, and Pamela Keys, new director in the employment team.

National Milk Records, the PLUS-quoted supplier of services to dairy farmers, has appointed a dedicated business manager for its expanding customer base in Scotland.

Laurence Loxam, who has worked for NMR for the past two years as a sales manager in northern England, will be in charge of managing a field team in Scotland and Cumbria and developing the company's veterinary and advisory client base.

Loxam has been involved in dairy farming from an early age, and developed a career in sales after completing a degree in business studies.

Little Einstein's Kindergarten, which operates seven nurseries throughout Scotland, has begun hiring a new management team.

Arti Poddar, who took over the business late last year, made Amanda King his first appointment as senior manager.
