Recruitment group to Change gear

CHANGE Recruitment Group has embarked on a hiring spree of its own, outlining plans to expand its Central Belt headcount by almost a third.

The growth plans will see the firm add about 30 staff across its Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.

Its employment drive, which will take place between now and April, comes after the company posted record turnover of £14.7 million for the 2010-11 financial year – a 51 per cent increase on the year before.

The new posts will be across Change’s domestic and international divisions. Both areas have remained buoyant throughout the recession due to the company making “significant inroads” into emerging overseas markets.
