Publisher expands Leith operation

PUBLISHING company PSCA International is expanding into a newly-created suite at Commercial Quay in Leith.

Staffordshire-based PSCA - which publishes public sector magazines including Public Servant and the Defence Management Journal - is increasing the size of its Edinburgh office by one-third by taking on the extra 3,800sq ft, which was specially built for the company by property owner GE Real Estate and management firm M7.

DTZ and Ryden acted for M7 & GE Real Estate, while PSCA was unrepresented.
