£6.8m Aberdeen sale for Miller

Property joint venture Miller Cromdale has sold Freedom House in Aberdeen to CBRE Investors for just under £6.8 million, it was announced yesterday.

Speculatively built and completed in August 2009, the four-storey building was let shortly after to Aker Solutions, the city’s largest letting of that year.

The sale reflects an initial yield of 9 per cent, Miller added.
