Property web tie–up offers ‘Broch’

Edinburgh and Glasgow solicitors’ property centres have signed a deal with start-up firm Internet Light Industries that will see them promote its online “life management” technology to homeowners.

The product, called Broch, is described as “an easy-to-use web application that will enable users to improve how they manage their property maintenance history and household contents inventory online”.

It is believed the technology could help expedite insurance claims and speed up the property marketing process.
