Property specialist joins Bond Pearce

COMMERCIAL law firm Bond Pearce has appointed property specialist Michael Spence as a partner in its Aberdeen office.

Spence, 51, who was born in Aberdeen and brought up in Shetland, joins from Eversheds' Edinburgh office.

He said: "I have clients who have come with me who are planning-led developers and are keen to get back in the market now.

"While they are based down south, they see Scotland as one of the most active parts of the UK at the moment."
