The Glasgow business, which was founded in 2006, has been signed up by Wemyss Properties, which has experience of renovating traditional properties and developing new-build homes, mainly in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Perceptive will also support Wemyss’ plans to expand into commercial developments through PR and social media support.

Matthew Atton, MD of Edinburgh’s Wemyss Properties, said Perceptive has shown knowledge of his firm’s sector and communication expertise across traditional and social channels, “supporting us as we build our profile”.
