Property companies to collaborate

Property firm CB Richard Ellis and Countrywide have signed a UK-wide agreement to "utilise CBRE's commercial property expertise and Countrywide's position as a leader in the UK residential property market".

The marketing tie-up has been described as an "industry first". In Scotland Countrywide has 40 offices operating as Countrywide and Slater Hogg & Howison.
