Profile Plus bought in £600k Freshwater deal

PROFILE Plus, an Edinburgh-based public relations firm has been snapped up by Aim-listed communications agency Freshwater UK. Freshwater has launched a £600,000 share placing to fund the acquisition and increase its working capital, with shareholder Hillco Investments already agreeing to buy £400,000-worth of shares.

Profile Plus, which was founded in 1997, said its six staff have transferred to Freshwater and that managing director Robyn Glynne-Percy will remain with the Scottish operation.
