As part of its planning obligations, Bancon will contribute around £1 million to the local economy – to fund community, healthcare and school facilities as well as improve roads and upgrade the core path network – and provide affordable housing.

In the earlier phases Bancon Homes completed 128 homes at its developments at Eden and The Reserve and it currently has a development of 40 units on the north side of the Lang Stracht at its Roses at Eden development.

MD Allan Clow said: “This location has already proved popular with young families, couples and downsizers who have benefitted from its unique mix of fantastic connectivity and countryside views.”
