Pinnacle in third deal since June

PINNACLE Telecom yesterday snapped up Glasgow-based IT helpdesk provider Online Computer Developments (OCD) for £110,000 in its third acquisition since June.

Aim-quoted Pinnacle, which is based in Stirlingshire, said all ten staff from OCD will transfer across to the firm, which aims to become a “business of scale”, according to chief executive Alan Bonner. He said OCD would help with its expansion into “cloud computing”.
