The firm, founded by managing director Julie McLauchlan in 2006, has picked up contracts with Speirs Gumley, the property management and residential letting agency, and housebuilder AS Homes (Scotland).

McLauchlan said: “When I started Perceptive ten years ago, I couldn’t have dreamed of the great clients and team that we are so fortunate to have.

“Results sit at the heart of everything we do and this approach has helped the organisation get to where it is today. Almost 100 per cent of our new business comes from our clients referring us on, and I’m very pleased both these new clients came to us as a result of a client recommendation.”

Perceptive’s other clients include construction groups Cruden and Kier, Lanarkshire laboratory BioAscent and IT multinational EMC.
