New faces at Brooks Macdonald
Brooks, which launched its Scottish office in September after poaching a high-profile team from Adam & Company, the private banking division of the Royal Bank of Scotland, has taken on Richard Allison from Cornelian and Scott Lothian from Adam.
Allison, formerly business development director at Cornelian, will spearhead Brooks Macdonald's development in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Hide AdHe has 30 years' industry experience and will work alongside David McGuffie, who was recently hired as a consultant following his retirement from Adam & Co.
Lothian joins as a fund manager and will support the firm's three Edinburgh investment directors, Gareth Howlett, Robin McAdam and Alastair Wilson.
The recruitment drive takes Brooks' staff numbers in Scotland to eight. The company, which has its headquarters in London's Mayfair, has a further four offices south of the Border.
Earlier this month, Aim-listed Brooks bought the Cheshire-based property fund and management firm Braemar Group in a 4 million deal.
