Campervan Brewery was launched last summer by Paul Gibson, with its hand-crafted beers being produced in small batches from the owner’s garage and a converted VW campervan, dubbed “The Hoppy Camper”.

Gibson is set to use ingredients grown in the gardens with the resulting beer bottled and sold in the site’s restaurant a few weeks later.
