Minoan cuts travel deal cash element

HOLIDAY resort development company Minoan Group has reduced the up-front cash element of a £2 million deal to acquire Glasgow-based agency John Semple Travel.

Aim-quoted Minoan said it was now paying £700,000 in cash compared with the £1.4m originally agreed. The remainder will be settled through the issue of shares and a loan agreement with the vendors of the family business.
