ACCOUNTANCY firm Deloitte has appointed LT Pub Management to run Castle Inns as administrators seek a buyer for the Stirling-based firm.
Castle Inns, which has 12 bars and nightclubs in Scotland and employs about 400 people, fell into administration on 8 July. The firm was set up by brothers Paul and Stephen Smith in 1983 and owns venues such as Sportsters-branded outlets in Edinburgh, Falkirk and Perth.
