Mail firm PM Solutions delivers on £1.2m base

The company has spent £1.2 million on the purpose-built facility, at Bilston Glen industrial estate, backed by £300,000 from Clydesdale Bank to maintain operations during the switch.

Managing director Ron Davidson said the 15,000 square foot site was five times larger than its previous Bilston Glen base and has allowed it to install new sorting and wrapping machinery.

He added: “The printing and mailing industry has to constantly adapt to new technology and trends, so having a flexible working environment is important. The new site at Loanhead is ideal for our ever-changing needs.”

Billy MacLeod, head of Clydesdale’s Edinburgh business banking centre, said: “PM Solutions is an excellent example of a successful business boosting the local economy.”
