Lomond strikes third city deal

PROPERTY management company Lomond Capital yesterday completed its 16th acquisition since 2010.

The Edinburgh company, which is building a UK-wide business based on a number of key cities, has bought the Manchester city centre managed property portfolio of Allison & Co.

Together with the two businesses it already owns in Manchester under the Thornley Groves brand, the company now has a portfolio of 2,300 properties in the city.
