iQ passes the Wood Group test

Wood Group, the energy services heavyweight, is leasing three floors of the £45 million iQ building in Aberdeen, marking one of the biggest office letting deals of the year.

It follows a deal that saw Centrica secure tenancy of the top three terraced floors of iQ, meaning the building is now fully let. It forms the centrepiece of a 75m regeneration project that also features a 185-room hotel.
