HMV name David Wolffe as finance director

MUSIC and video retailer HMV has named David Wolffe as its new group finance director.

Wolffe joins from ITV, where he was finance director of the television company's production business and interim managing director of ITV Global Entertainment.

Prior to joining ITV in 2008, Wolffe had served as chief financial officer at AOL Europe and finance director at BBC Worldwide's magazine arm.
