The Bothwell Street property was built in 1849 and was redeveloped for occupation by Abbey National, now Santander. It is currently a multi-let office space that is home to several occupiers, but could become a hotel, subject to planning consent.

Mike Buchan, lead director, Glasgow at JLL, said: “This is an exceptional property, with a strong tenant base. We expect interest to be shown from a range of perspective buyers who see the potential in the site.”
