Hilton unveils fresh £1.3m capital spend

HOTEL group Hilton has announced a £1.3 million refurbishment project at its Edinburgh Grosvenor site in the Scottish capital.

The work, due to be completed by March, will focus on an overhaul of its Grosvenor Club wing which is opposite the main part of the hotel on Grosvenor Street and has 53 bedrooms. It will include the creation of a new entrance to the site which will be renamed the Grosvenor Townhouse annexe. The investment is part of a wider refurbishment programme at the hotel which has 184 rooms.
