The establishment is being sold by Alan Garnier who has, over the years, owned and operated a number of hotel businesses in Perthshire and is now seeking to “exit” the trade towards retirement. It is expected to sell for around £800,000.
Letham added: “Clachan Cottage is in a wonderful waterside location in a beautiful part of Scotland and Perthshire and is readily accessible to populations of Scotland’s Central Belt.
“The business is well established and in recent years has been operated entirely under management. Clachan Cottage offers an excellent opportunity to new owners seeking a wonderful life-style and recognised hotel business with the possibility to further develop the trade.”
