Grangemouth industrial development closes in on full occupancy

A new industrial development in Grangemouth is already home to eight businesses with its developer saying that just two units remain.

Northern Trust’s Barons Court scheme comprises a total of ten units and following a series of successful letting deals is now home to firms including RSK Consultancy (UK), Infinity Tints and Cryo Pump Repairs.

Jonathan Houghton, property portfolio manager at Northern Trust, said: “Barons Court is the second phase of development at Earls Gate Business Park, and sits adjacent to Grange Court.

“There has been a strong demand for our industrial/workshops in Grangemouth and to secure eight new lettings in less than six months on a new development is a massive achievement.”

Anne Maclaren, estates manager at Whittle Jones, acting on behalf of Northern Trust, added: “We are delighted to welcome all of the new occupiers and look forward to working with them on their occupational requirements.”
