Grangemouth industrial development closes in on full occupancy

A new industrial development in Grangemouth is already home to eight businesses with its developer saying that just two units remain.

The new Grangemouth development has secured eight lettings in less than six months.

Northern Trust’s Barons Court scheme comprises a total of ten units and following a series of successful letting deals is now home to firms including RSK Consultancy (UK), Infinity Tints and Cryo Pump Repairs.

Jonathan Houghton, property portfolio manager at Northern Trust, said: “Barons Court is the second phase of development at Earls Gate Business Park, and sits adjacent to Grange Court.
