German YouGov arm sold in MBO

Market research agency YouGov has agreed to sell its German business Great Place to Work to a management team led by Andreas Schubert, chief executive of YouGovPsychonomics.

The business, which organises competitions and publications in Germany, is being sold for 800,000. The proceeds will be used for working capital, YouGov told investors.
