Galbraith unveils new CEO to build on success

Property consultancy Galbraith has announced a change of leadership as Pam Over steps back from her role as chief executive after a three-year tenure.

The firm has promoted Martin Cassels, who previously led its building surveying arm, to CEO as it aims to build on a sustained period of growth.

Over remains a partner and a member of Galbraith’s commercial team.

Cassels said: “It is a great honour to lead the firm into its next phase of development, growth and success. Despite the unprecedented current circumstances caused by the coronavirus pandemic, we will spare no effort in maintaining those levels of service, and adapting to a new way of working.”

Chairman Iain Russell added: “We have enjoyed a lengthy period of expansion across all our multi-disciplinary services under Pam’s leadership.”

Galbraith has 240 staff in 14 offices across Scotland and the northern UK.
