Fraser's Mii time could be a passport to success

DIGITAL security expert Stuart Fraser has been hired by MiiCard to be its technical architect, as the Edinburgh-based technology start-up develops an internet passport that will allow customers to prove their identity online in real time.

The identity card could be used when doing business with online retailers, banks, government agencies or social media websites.

Fraser was co-founder of DNS, the IT security consultancy snapped up by SecureWorks, which, in turn, is now being bought by Dell.

Both join from Royal Bank of Scotland, where Logue was financial planning manager in the Highland capital and Robertson was senior commercial manager with Lombard, the bank's asset finance division, based in Edinburgh.
