Exova promotes Middle East finance chief Davies


Davies joined the group in December 2013 as MEAAP finance director, having previously been group chief financial officer for international security systems and risk management consultancy Olive Group.
Exova chief executive Ian El-Mokadem said: “Matt has played an invaluable role in providing senior counsel and support to our team, and his promotion ensures leadership continuity for our MEAAP business.”

Hide AdIn his new position, Davies will have responsibility for 11 specialist laboratories and more than 1,000 experts across the region.
Exova, which floated on London’s main market last year, employs about 4,500 people around the world, including 225 in Scotland.
The firm runs oil and gas laboratories in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, where it also has a pharmaceuticals facility, along with an environmental testing site in Glasgow.
