“The unit has superb prominence being located on Great Northern Road, making it an excellent choice for a high-profile national retailer like Evans Cycles.”

Having already enjoyed 95 years of success, Evans Cycles is the largest cycling specialist in the UK, with more than 50 stores nationwide, and stocks a range of bikes designed by Olympic champion Sir Chris Hoy.

CBRE represented the landlord National Australia Group CIF Trustees in the transaction, while Harvey Spackfield represented Evans Cycles.
