The office will service clients involved in developments across regeneration sites, business parks, hotels, public sector, and retail units.

Joe Madden, managing director of PMP which also has offices in Glasgow, London and Manchester, said: “We now have a much-needed Bristol base as we see rising client demand for all our services in the city throughout the South West, Wales and the M4 corridor.

“In recent months, the team has worked responsibly throughout lockdown to service our clients and business has continued at a good pace. While many have seen a slight slowdown earlier in the summer, we have moved forward with our strategy.”

Belgrove said there was significant construction and regeneration activity being seen in the Bristol area, fueling rising demand for services in the sectors of student accommodation, the private rental market and office development.

“It is a very active market and one which is catching the attention of major institutional investors on an increasing basis.”

PMP, chaired by John Dunn, was founded in Edinburgh 27 years ago.
