7. Newcraighall East

8. The McEwan
Phases one and two of this £215 million development in Fountainbridge have already been completed, with the third under construction and due to be finished by the end of 2024. When complete it will have built 476 homes and 1,400 m² of commercial space on 5.3 hectares of land. | CDA
