EasyJet boss set to grow bus venture

EasyJet founder Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou is planning to expand his EasyBus venture across Europe as part of a multi-million-pound strategy.

The billionaire is planning to push the airport to city-centre bus brand into countries including France, Spain and Germany.

Haji-Ioannou plans to piggy-back on routes flown by low-cost carrier EasyJet and could fund the expansion through a potential stock market listing on London's junior AIM market which would value EasyBus - established in 2003 - at about 20 million.
