Duo step up to join AAM board

TWO senior staff at Aberdeen Asset Management have been promoted to the main board.

Chief investment officer Anne Richards, who also heads the company's Europe, Middle East and Africa region, and Hugo Young, group head of equities and managing director for Asia, joined the board yesterday. Partha Dasgupta, chairman of the Pension Advisory Service, was also named as a non-executive.
