Dealtastic move for Flying Brands

Mail order flowers and gardening firm Flying Brands has bought a further 30 per cent of online retail group Dealtastic Holdings, which owns dealtastic.co.uk, taking its total stake to 80 per cent.

Jersey-based Flying Brands, in which Scots entrepreneur Sir Tom Hunter holds a strategic stake, said the deal was worth up to 1.1 million, depending on performance in 2011. It will also give the firm its first international websites.
