Data Discoveries snapped up by GB

DATA Discoveries, an Edinburgh firm whose "trace" software is used by local authorities and the debt collection industry, has been bought by Chester-based GB Group for £610,000.

Stock market-listed GB said the deal fitted with its strategy to be "the UK's leader in identity management software and services and to accelerate growth both organically and through acquisition".
