Clyde Gateway's Albus building lands new tenant

The Albus building at the centre of the larger regeneration project in Glasgow's East End has got its second major tenant.

Business-to-business publisher Peebles Media Group brings 60 new workers to Bridgeton, which Clyde Gateway has been reviving as part of the Commonwealth Games legacy.

Yvonne Bremner, managing director of Peebles, said: “The specialist contemporary fit-out, together with the latest technology, has given us an amazing work space that will allow us to retain and attract the best creative talent for our publications.”

Clyde Gateway in line for £600k funding boost

Clyde Gateway’s inward investment manager, Fionna Kell, added: “Bridgeton, like the entire Clyde Gateway area, is benefiting from significant investment and regeneration efforts and businesses are quickly realising this is an area that really is on the up.
