Capita launches Montrose centre

Capita, the FTSE 100 outsourcing specialist, yesterday unveiled its revamped training facility in Montrose for medical personnel working offshore.

Kevin Evangelista, the unit’s manager, said: “This investment will not only give us the scope to broaden our portfolio but will also help ensure our courses remain relevant, engaging and effective.”

The training centre replaces existing accommodation on the site and includes two lecture theatres, three areas for practising medical skills and a “medical simulation suite” that recreates offshore conditions.
