Research analyst Taylor, who will support Brian White in the healthcare operation, joins Shore from Scottish Health Innovations - the technology transfer arm of NHS Scotland - where he was head of business development.
He has a PhD from the Medical Research Council in Edinburgh specialising in anti-cancer mechanisms.

At the other end of the M8, property consultancy DTZ Scotland has appointed Stuart Spalding as investment director in its Glasgow office. It marks the fifth key appointment for the firm in recent months.
With more than 16 years' experience in the investment agency sector, Spalding has spent the last seven years as a director at BNP Paribas Real Estate. Prior to that, he worked at Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank and Ryden.
