Cameron House Hotel appoints new general manager

Hospitality industry veteran Frantz Mathis has been appointed as general manager of Cameron House Hotel, the luxury getaway on the banks of Loch Lomond.

Mathis, who has more than 16 years’ sector experience, was most recently food and beverage executive assistant manager at Shangri-La in Abu Dhabi. He has previously worked at venues including Tate Modern in London and Atlantis, The Palm, in Dubai.

He said: “I am extremely excited to have joined the team at Cameron House and I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge of the industry to contribute further to the success of the hotel.”
