Businesswomen to reveal secrets of their success

TWO top UK businesswomen will be in Glasgow this month to reveal the secrets of their success.

Confused.com founder Kate Armstrong will speak at the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce’s “Glasgow Talks” series on Thursday while next Monday, EasyJet chief executive Carolyn McCall will be the guest speaker at the first Executive Dinner, again hosted by the chamber.

The airline boss – previously chief executive at Guardian Media Group – said: “EasyJet is now Scotland’s largest airline and Glasgow is strategically very important in our ambitions to capture a greater share of the Scottish business travel market.

“With value and flexibility a key requirement for business customers, we continue to develop our products and services through on-going engagement with the Scottish business community.”
