RAFAEL Sánchez–Lozano has agreed to step down as chief executive of Iberia, the Spanish airline owned by British Airways–parent International Airlines Group. He will be replaced by Iberia Express boss Luis Gallego.

Amor Group – David Bonn has joined the Inchinnan–based IT firm as director of its transport business unit.

• ReNeuron – The final stroke patient has been treated in the Aim–quoted life sciences firm’s stem cell trial at Glasgow’s Southern General hospital.

• Topps Tiles – The retailer warned its half–year revenues and profits will fall below last year’s totals after “weaker than expected demand”.

Barclays Wealth – Former Alliance Trust investment manager Kenneth Warnock has joined the bank’s Scottish wealth management arm as a portfolio manager.

• Velos–IT – US cloud computing giant Velocity has bought Glasgow–based Velos–IT, which has 100 staff, for an undisclosed sum. Velos–IT founder and chief executive Jim McInnes will become Velocity’s general manager for Europe.
