Britain a nation of ‘car prang and runners’

THE UK is a nation of “prang and runners”, according to a study by Confused.com, which has revealed car park scrapes cost motorists £1.3bn a year.

One in five drivers confessed to not reporting a prang, with lawyers among the worst offenders, with one in four not leaving details.

Two out of three drivers blamed the size of parking spaces for their car park scrapes.
