Bowleven reshuffles as Morrow departs

BOWLEVEN, the Edinburgh-based oil explorer, yesterday announced the departure of chief operating officer John Morrow "for personal reasons".

In a brief statement, the West Africa-focused group said that following a handover period, non-executive director Phil Tracy would assume the role of operations director on an interim basis.

Bowleven chairman Ronnie Hanna said: "John has made an excellent contribution to the business over the last six years and has been a valued member of the team."

Shares fell 0.25p to 285.75p.
