Barclays Wealth Jack Perry to committee

Jack Perry, the former chief executive of Scottish Enterprise, has been appointed by Barclays Wealth to take a place on an advisory committee to its UK and Ireland private bank.

The UK&IPB Advisory Committee is headed up by BAA chairman Sir Nigel Rudd. The group also includes Ffion Hague, the wife of foreign secretary William Hague; Sir Christopher Howes, the former chief executive of the Crown Estate; entrepreneur Christopher Mathias; Derek Zissman, a former vice-chairman of KPMG and former Barclays Wealth managing director, Mark Kibblewhite. Perry will be its first representative from Scotland.

Members of the committee support existing relationships with high net worth individuals and work to raise interest in and awareness of Barclays Wealth to support its growth aspirations.
