Arnold takes the helm at Balmoral

ROCCO Forte Hotels has named Franck Arnold as the new general manager of the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh.

Arnold - who joins from the Jefferson Hotel in Washington DC, where he was managing director and oversaw an extensive renovation - replaces Ivan Artolli who has been made director of operations for Forte's properties in the UK, Belgium and eastern Europe.

Prior to taking up his post in Washington, Arnold - who hails from Strasbourg in France - was hotel manager of the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago. Previously, he held several posts at Intercontinental Hotels.
