Arisaig takes on new Maxim role

Arisaig Property Partners has been appointed as asset manager for Maxim Office Park in Lanarkshire, the largest speculative out of town office development in the UK.

The firm will also look after the smaller Centralpoint Distribution Park.

The appointment follows the recent restructuring of the capital investment the parks, when Lloyds wrote off 65 million on the enterprise

David Gebbie, partner at Arisaig, said a number of organisations were "potentially interested" in joining the tenant list at the sites.
