AOL to cut some 400 Indian jobs

AOL is cutting several hundred jobs in India. The lay-offs come about a month after it said it would buy the Huffington Post news and commentary website for $315 million.

It was unclear how many jobs AOL is cutting. Technology and media news websites PaidContent.org and News Corp's All Things Digital said it was 400.

"The number is close to the truth," said an AOL source.
